10 year vintage Ripe Pu'er from a biodynamic, high-altitude farm in Jing Mai. These tea trees are grown alongside peach trees, lychees, and orchids.

This Ripe Pu'er was harvested in 2013. After processing and a 40-day pile fermentation it is then aged unpressed in a temperature and humidity controlled cellar for 5 years. We purchased this tea in 2018 and it has been aging under our care for another 5 years.
